KART RACING - TYRES & WEIGHTS Today Motorsport Ireland (Mi) has published Appendix 1 of the 2008 Motorsport Kart racing regulations which lists the Tyres and weights for the classes in 2008. Garry Manning, Chairman of the MI Kart racing committee said. “ With the introduction of a new Bridgestone Tyre, there was a delay in finalising the tyres, and hence a delay in publishing the appendix. MI has decided not to specify a designated supplier for tyres. This is something the Kart racing committee will keep under review. The new carburettors for the CADET class have been received and will be distributed in mid February to all registered competitors in the Cadet class, one per competitor ” |
